Freakonomics was also good, I don’t really agree with Chapter 1 about Sumo, but about the impact of legalized abortion and crime was interesting. what else… Me, personaly, Secret was bullshit. Haruki Murakami book is good way to learn Japanese I think. Does anyone like him?

oh no. But Chili soup looks like one already, so that’s what comes out. Crispy chicken was good. crispiness is what we need in our life. and they gave us extra candy.

Japanese is a good challenge. I been studying on and off by myself for several years, but most of the J
Japanese I know is “osaka” or “street”, “yakuza japanese” Whenever I went to try and join a class, I often got looked at or spoken to in a somewhat different manner, because I was usually the only black person there.. LoL Can we practice sometime on here…?

You pick a great topic to bring here. There are many reasons why this happens! As a black man, I can definitely speak on this! Many people don’t know or have successful people in their lives, so they accept mediocrity, along with they many people that they grew up or live with.

FOR EXAMPLE: If you live in a family that easily accepted poverty, then 9 times out of 10, you yourself will likely make a family in poverty. And there is a very high chance that the children, grandchildren, and so on will continue, making a poverty a “generational curse”

The mediocrity is like a “generational curse” or “some type of virus”. Many people have been in it for so long, that they don’t recognize it no more and they get used to it. The average person in this category has
has the mindstate of:

“go to school”
“forget college, forget getting a career, just get a go-nowhere just eternal-deadend job, and work your life away for crumbs”
“job is a job, at least you are working, even if it doesn’t pay much and can’t move up”
“get married, make a family”
“retire with no money”
“die broke, unhappy, and miserable”

The 10th Law of Power says: “Avoid the unhappy and unlucky”
