They played loud music (probably to numb the wasabi taste) and put some lookalike japanese people, I think from thailand and vietnam, behind the sushi bar. It reminded me a bit of the slots machines standing outside the restaurant and I almost felt like doing seppuku for Nobu. But then later when I greeted Sidney Poitier I reminded myself that there are still parts of American culture where you can be proud of. The end.
