When I was a lil girl.

I had introverted personality. I grow up not seeing my father much so I hang with only females. I used to cry when I saw mailman. I remember my mom made me go to kids camp so I will come out from my shell. I was into playing the duct flute by myself. It got stolen many times. Boys were mean. They would ring my door bell and run. I fucking hated my school. I used to daydream what if someone made this medicine and everyone will fall in love with me. (It’s called Roofies now.) I had my first boyfriend in 5th grade. He looked like monkey. We broke up because he had dirty nail. Young love…Didn’t we used to like someone as a kid for simplest reason?

Many people grow up as introverts, but few people actually talk about it. I was one, and still am one! Im a big loner/introvert! Many parents try to force their kids to “come out the shell” more by forcing them to do group things with other kids. That is a dumb mistake, and hell for the child. You can NEVER force an loner/introvert to change!
It’s normal for people to hate school, because school forces all kinds of very different people to deal with each other, and that’s where bullying and fights come from. Hey, let me tell you something. The person with the worst childhood, always seem to become a celebrity and have the best adult life. And that is REVENGE!! Just like yourself…. “the best revenge is success”
You don’t need daydreams or medicine now, because now you are a celebrity with popularity. Little I-ko… Things are VERY DIFFERENT for you now, because now you have to worry about stalkers, weirdos, paparazzi, men asking you for pictures of your feet, etc…
Nowadays, almost every man looks at you, wants to be your damn boyfriend now. See how things have changed for you over the years….??
As kids we used to like someone, just because they were cute or they wore the best clothes. Money, cars, and fame had NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!

Nothing beats living and viewing the world like a child does..
at least according to my standards

btw I wonder if a loner is per definition introvert or shy..

yes it is… …it is the result of either and/or both…

Well I think it could also be:
-someone who (for whatever reason) is misunderstood and therefore becomes isolated
-someone who can be a great communicater, but needs his own space from time to time (e.g. for self reflection)
-someone who decides that it is somehow more productive/effective to do things or live alone, regardless what their initial personality was
There should be more examples.
However I think having a shell as a loner can be effective in staying one.
