   i had raw smoked salmon yesterday. i had hot dogs in a sandwich for lunch today, and leftover spam-musubi and chicken wings for dinner.

   Toast with Vegemite and cheese, a double cheese burger from McDonald’s and a curry with rice for dinner.

My sister used to love it when she came back from Sydney as exchange student.Chili is really American thing huh…I can’t eat them unless it’s zippy’s(Hawaiian)..

   So happy that every one was fed well!!
   I had Ikura, salmon and Avocado fo lunch, Spicy red sauce shrimp I made over brown rice and hawaiian chips and almonds..

   amount of nuts I consume is insane, southwest frequest flyer aint got nuthin on me. Not even honey roasted. I just go hard. GO HARD!!|
